Barre Base Express classes offer a full-body barre workout experience. These classes will combine exercises at the barre (or chair), with mat Pilates.
This class focuses on some tough glute exercises both at the barre, and on the mat. Although you'll feel your glutes strengthening, the class asks a lot of the core to move in a stable and graceful way.
